Hors d’oeuvres
Local and seasonal fruit tasting

Appetizer
Bahamian Conch Fritters — tenderized pieces of local conch, vegetables and herbs mixed with a seasoned batter, paired with Calypso sauce.

Entrée
Fresh Seasonal Fish — locally caught fillet fried with native limes, bell peppers,  and onions. Served with: Peas & Rice, Garden Salad and Bahamian Macaroni & Cheese.

Dessert
Coconut or Pineapple Tart — doughy cake covered with a thick layer of fruit filling.
